In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gopkz," "we," "us," "our" refers to the gopkz platform and its operating entity, accessible at gopkz.org.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the gopkz platform or accesses its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a player upon completing the gopkz registration process.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the gopkz platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

• You must not share your account login credentials with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• gopkz will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gopkz support immediately.

gopkz reserves the right to close any account that was opened using false, inaccurate, or misleading information. In such cases, all balances and winnings associated with the account may be forfeited.

gopkz processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposit and withdrawal requests must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your gopkz account are credited in real time subject to payment provider processing. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. gopkz does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. gopkz reserves the right to request supporting documentation including a valid government-issued CNIC, proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: typically within 1–4 hours of approval

gopkz does not accept cryptocurrency, international wire transfers, or any payment method not explicitly listed in the cashier section of the platform.

gopkz may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply to all gopkz promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated on the individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not claimed or played through within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account.
• gopkz reserves the right to limit the games or markets that qualify for bonus wagering. Playing ineligible games during an active bonus may forfeit the bonus.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player.

All casino games available on the gopkz platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and fishing games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Every game in the gopkz library has been tested and certified by independent third-party auditors before being made available to players. Certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and that published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

By participating in any game on the gopkz platform, you accept the rules of that game as published. Game rules are accessible within each game interface and in the gopkz Help section. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, gopkz reserves the right to void that round and return any stake placed to the player's account balance. Bets voided due to technical error do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

gopkz does not accept responsibility for losses arising from:

• Interruptions to internet connectivity on the player's side
• Device incompatibility or browser-related rendering issues
• Player misunderstanding of game rules or features

The gopkz sportsbook offers betting markets on cricket (including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 series), football, UFC, and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the betting rules applicable to each sport and market, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform.

The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on gopkz:

• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless the bet was placed in error or in circumstances covered by the void rules below.
• gopkz reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes on any market at any time.
• Bets will be voided if a match or event is abandoned, cancelled, or not completed within a time frame specified in the sport-specific rules, unless the event rules specify otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gopkz platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including poker chip dumping or match-fixing activities.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain advantage in any game.
• Bonus abuse: Any systematic attempt to exploit bonus structures through multi-accounting, low-risk hedging, or coordinated abuse as described in Section 6.
• Money laundering: Using the gopkz platform for the purpose of laundering, concealing, or converting funds derived from illegal activity. gopkz is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to access gopkz systems, databases, or other players' accounts without authorisation, or attempting to disrupt platform operations in any way.

All content on the gopkz platform — including but not limited to the gopkz logo, brand name, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gopkz or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the gopkz platform without express prior written consent from gopkz. Unauthorised use of gopkz intellectual property may result in legal action.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the gopkz platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence is revocable at any time and does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any intellectual property.

gopkz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available at gopkz.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers
• Your reliance on any information displayed on the platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate

Nothing in these Terms shall limit gopkz's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. gopkz's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

gopkz reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gopkz will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is always displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the gopkz platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
